About

Learning to live through every season of life.

I'm Jodie , a yoga educator, holistic health consultant, and writer. My work revolves around helping people understand what their bodies are actually asking for and building a sustainable practice around that.

I’ve trained in a myriad of styles & traditions but found a home of understanding and connection in traditional hatha & meridian yoga. I work at the intersection of movement, nutrition, and recovery. Though some get close, there is no single system that has the whole picture, so we learn to incorporate and work with what works for us.

I lead weekly live classes on Zoom, work with people one-on-one, host retreats, and write about all of it, the practice, the body, and what it means to actually pay attention.
